I know sean loves them, but god I've always thought limp was one of the most overrated bands ever. I used to pray that Fred didn't die or he'd be the next Rock n Roll Martyr and people would just sing his praises for millenium to come when he's worthless.

I wouldn't go as far as to say I even remotely "love" them, but they do have some tracks I am very partial to.
I was super fucking stoked for the show though. I mean the experience is what I was signing up for. Love em or hate em, they put on a great show for the fans.
Even looking at the situation now, I totally can get down with them wanting to reschedule the tour for Arena's. At the time even I was wondering what they were doing playing amphitheaters. They gotta shoot streamers and confetti and all the lights and shit.
Sooooo, when the announce the date at the Scottrade, I'll once again and very happily purchase floor tickets, and go get killed in the most pit.
PS: Fred is not worthless. He has flawless reproduction live, not to mention I think he is a really interesting front man, and a true MC. Who fucking cares if he is a wigger.

Maiden on July 18th in Chicago ruled. Fear Factory at Metro's in Chicago on the 20th was bleh. All in all, Chicago ruled.
